DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you assert has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may submit a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
2. Identify the material or link in question that you believe is infringing (or related to infringing activity) and that access should be disabled, including at a minimum, the applicable URL displayed on the Site or the exact location where such material can be found.
3. Provide your company affiliation (if relevant), mailing address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
4. Include both of the following declarations in the body of the Notice:
* "I hereby state that I have a genuine belief that the disputed usage of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law (e.g., as fair use)."
* "I hereby declare that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or an exclusive right under copyright that is allegedly infringed."
5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face liability.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content which was removed (or access to which was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or according to the law to display and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details to our designated copyright agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed or access disabled and the location where the content was available prior to its removal or disabling;
3. A statement affirming that you have a genuine belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification of the content; and
4. Your name, postal address, phone number, and email address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement agreeing to accept service of process from the individual who notified you of the alleged infringement.

When our designated copyright agent receives a counter-notice, we may send a copy of it to the original complainant, informing them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action seeking an order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it reinstated, in 10 to 14 business days or more after the counter-notice is received, at our discretion.

Policy on Repeat Infringers

Consistent with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have established a policy to terminate, at our discretion and under appropriate circumstances, users identified as repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is repeated infringement.
